Life challenges can make us feel less like ourselves.I provide a safe, non-judgement space to work through these transitions in life. My goal is to walk alongside you to help reduce symptoms and gain a feeling of control again.
My passion in the mental health field started in domestic violence and grief, but has shifted to trauma and grief work. Often times these impacts can make us feel out of control; I utilize therapeutic approaches such as: EMDR, IFS and DBT to help reduce physiological symptoms, gain skills and deeper insight
My therapeutic scope encompasses support for trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I believe deep healing can be done with the help of therapeutic relationships and different perspectives and encouragement of empathy.
